This is a museum piece all handmade and this is just amazing both cuffs and collar are Flemish lace with gold metallic threads and linen tape. Sewn with both types of thread to create a very breath taking design. The cuffs are very large 10 x 7 inches and the collar is 13 x 16 x 6.. So very stunning.
