Stunning Handmade Brussels Egg Shell COLOR dress yoke or collar. Has a couple of brown spots on the front,and the back.I would call this mint condition, as not even a thread is untied. Top of should to bottom front 27. Widest across the breast plate is 11 inches. Back 27 to the middle of the U. This belongs in a museum.
