1870's Handmade Wedding slip with draw string bustle,has 15 rows of handmade belguim Torchon lace in the train.It could or would fit size 0-6rnI would call this mint conditiion considering the age of the item. It has one small rip about i.5 inches long that is perfectly repairable. It is right under the mid bustle in the fabric. This is a real museum piece, and actually should be in one for all to admire.
